Rotations Timeline Master File
For the next two years you will be rotating at different hospitals and will be interacting with different people: clerkship coordinators, GME office, program directors, and much more. You may have your own system already but we at SGA-C have created an OCG approved “Rotations Timeline” for your Master File. This form will help you keep track of all the core rotations you’ve completed, how many weeks of electives you’ve completed and how many are still remaining, when you should take your exams, and more.
Why are these items important? Because in the future, when you apply for fellowships, state licensing, and other items, they may require this information. By having everything in a central location you won’t have to go find a random file stored in a shoebox somewhere.
To access the Rotations Timeline Form CLICK HERE.
Once you are viewing the spreadsheet, click FILE in the top left corner and click on either “SAVE A COPY” to save a copy for yourself in your Google Drive or click on “DOWNLOAD” and then the version you want to save locally.
It is a Google Doc which makes it easy to keep it in the cloud and always accessible.
There is a some example information in the file to help you understand how to complete it.
