Reminder: ERAS Transcripts for 2013 Graduates

August 7, 2012 By Exec

FROM THE MSPE TEAM:

Please be advised that the MSPE team will begin sending transcripts to ERAS  in the next 2-3 weeks. If you have not yet sent the MSPE Team a $5.00 transcript check for this purpose, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your  transcript is uploaded by 9/15/12, the date the ERAS post office opens. They cannot guarantee that transcript requests received after 8/31/12 will be processed in time.

Receipt of a transcript check serves as confirmation that you are participating in the 2013 Match. If we do not receive one, neither your  transcript nor your MSPE will be sent to ERAS!!

As a reminder, to have a transcript sent to ERAS, the MSPE Team needs the following:

  1. $5.00 check or money order payable to University Support Services  sent to the attention of your MSPE Coordinator.   There is no charge for the MSPE.
  2. Note indicating your request with your email and phone number in case they need to reach you. Please be sure to include your ECFMG ID#(0-000-000-0) and SGU ID# or Banner ID (A#).

It’s a good idea to email your MSPE Coordinator several days after mailing the check to confirm it reached them. If you previously received such confirmation, there is no need to request it again.

If you are participating in CARMS or the San Francisco Match, you must send an additional $5.00 (i.e. if you’re applying through ERAS and CARMS, the amount would be $10.00).

You do NOT need to provide them with an ERAS Document Submission Form (DSF).   Transcripts and MSPE’s are sent electronically so the form is not required.

Please feel free to contact your MSPE Coordinator with any questions you may have.
